1. Orders

All orders placed through Cable-Zone are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

• Orders are confirmed via email after successful payment or order placement
• Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability
• We may request additional verification for certain orders

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable.

• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Cash on Delivery
• Payment must be received in full before order processing
• We use secure payment processing for all card transactions
• Prices are subject to change without notice

3. Delivery

We deliver to all Emirates within the UAE.

• Standard delivery: 2-5 business days
• Free delivery on orders over AED 100
• Delivery charges apply for orders under AED 100
• Delivery times may vary based on location and product availability
• You will be notified when your order is dispatched

4. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Products must be unused and in original packaging
• Refunds processed within 7-14 business days
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Certain products may not be eligible for return (electronics with broken seals)

5. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned according to our returns policy. To cancel an order, contact our customer support immediately.

6. Product Warranty

All products sold through Cable-Zone come with manufacturer warranty. Please refer to our Warranty Policy page for detailed information about warranty coverage and claim procedures.

7. Risk and Title

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for any loss or damage after delivery has been completed.
